At-Large Meetings! In order to expand involvement to members who cannot attend meetings due to a variety of reasons, the National Federation of the Blind of Connecticut is working to establish an at-large chapter this year. Edward Shaham hosts meetings on the second Thursday evening every month at 6:30 PM via conference call. Please note that involved members will be responsible for paying any long distance fees involved.
